  • We ship Pan-India through trusted courier partners.

  • Delivery to remote locations depends on courier service availability and government regulations on lithium battery transport.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Metro cities: typically 2–4 business days.

  • Rural or remote regions: 5–9 business days.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, volume, and delivery location.

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or during promotional campaigns.

5. Lithium Battery Shipping Compliance

  • All lithium batteries are shipped following DG (Dangerous Goods) safety norms.

  • Products are securely packed to avoid damage, leakage, or short circuit during transit.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email/SMS.

  • Tracking updates typically appear within 12–24 hours after dispatch.

7. Delayed or Failed Delivery

  • EVA Batteries is not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, weather, government restrictions, or incomplete address details.

  • If the parcel returns due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges will apply.

8. Damaged or Tampered Shipment

    • Do not accept the delivery.

9. International Shipping
